Biography
Joseph C. Petriello received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University and later received his Law Degree, cum laude, from New England School of Law. Mr. Petriello has served as counsel to the Paterson Department of Community Development, the West Paterson (now Woodland Park) Planning Board and the Paterson Municipal Utilities Authority. He has also served as mediator in Passaic County Bar Association's Special Civil Part Mediation Program and on the District Fee Arbitration Committee for the Office of Attorney Ethics. Mr. Petriello was also appointed as a Commissioner to the Passaic County Improvement Authority in June 2010.
Joseph formed his own practice in 1990 with offices in Wayne, New Jersey. His practice focuses on a broad range of real estate matters; including residential and commercial acquisitions and sales; commercial leasing and financing; and land use and tenancy matters. He also assists small businesses in formation and organizational activities as well as transactional matters. Joseph also provides estate planning and administration services to clients.
